Attorney Edmond J. McElligott has served as Judge Advocate Officer, Assistant County Prosecutor and Municipal Judge. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S Court of Military Appeals, the U.S District Court for the Western District of Missouri and the Missouri Supreme Court.

Attorney James E. Ewan is active in the community. He is currently on the Board of Directors for the City Union Mission and the Independence Youth Court. He is the moderator and a deacon at Spring Valley Baptist Church.

Attorney William L. Hall is involved in a number of civic organizations in the Kansas City area, including the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representations. He has been recognized by the Missouri PTA for service to the developmentally disabled.

Attorney David P. Kimminau is a former chairman of the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association Family Law Committee.
